An Educational Group includes: 2nd Cycle of Infant Education, Primary, Secondary, Baccalaureate, Vocational Training, University Students, Workshop Schools, Employment Workshops, and Craft Schools.
Only one registration per Educational Group is permitted. The requested information must be official data from the center.
Educational groups must present a letter of introduction from the center at the ticket office on the day of the visit and be accompanied by teachers, tutors, or guides, preferably knowledgeable about the museum.
Educational centers that arrange visits through travel agencies will not be entitled to discounts or free admission, except for students under 5 years old.
Ticket purchases must always be made by a registered user.

Reservations must be paid 7 days before the visit; otherwise, the reservation will be automatically canceled.
Tickets can be purchased between 7 days and 24 hours before the visit, but in this case, a reservation cannot be made; instead, you must proceed directly to payment.
Free school groups that hire official guide services must pay for the group guidance system. Official guides may use their own.
The minimum number of people per group is 9. The maximum number of people per group is 70 people.
Only 8 reservations can be made per user per day.
On the day of the visit, the reservation must be confirmed.
The time assigned in the ticket reservation is indicative and punctuality at the ticket office is requested. If the assigned entry time is exceeded due to reasons not attributable to Titanic. The Experience Seattle, another entry time will be assigned if possible. If the capacity is full, a refund of the paid ticket will not be possible.
Those who have paid the full amount of their purchase will receive a PDF delivery note as an attachment to the provided email address. Those who have only made a reservation will receive confirmation of the reservation by email.
