'Titanic. The Exhibition' retells the famous luxury liner’s story in National Harbor, MD.

Visitors can see a diary written on board the Titanic until the day of the sinking, letters, clothing, a life-vest, a life-sized replica of the water-tight doors within the ship and many objects that tell a detailed story.

Visitors can even walk through a replica hallway of one of the cabins on the ship, providing the real feel of what it was like to be a passenger.

While almost everybody has seen Titanic at least once, fewer can say they've marveled at authentic artifacts from the infamous ship.

THE EXHIBITION

What can I expect from Titanic. The Exhibition? Explore the real story of the RMS Titanic through recreations and personal objects that will allow you to connect with the passengers and the crew in a narrative, emotional visit.
What is the estimated duration of the visit? The visit has an estimated duration of 80-90 minutes, however please note that if you are booking the last session of the day the doors will close 15 minutes after the start time and the venue closes 90 minutes after the start time to allow you sufficient time to complete the audio tour.
Will there be merchandise for sale? Yes, we will have an assortment of merchandise available for sale.
Will there be guided tours? No. The visit to the exhibition includes an audio guide which explains the exhibition room by room. Physical audioguides are available, subject to the availability, and you can also enjoy it by bringing your headphones and downloading the audioguide from your mobile phone. Make sure to charge your phone ahead of time.
Do I have to pay extra for the audio guide? The Exhibition includes physical audio guides for your visit. Also the visitor can download it to their smartphone in this case bringing your own headphones is recommended. The audio guide is available in English and Spanish. If you would like to check availability for other languages, please contact us in advance. As an alternative or if you don’t bring your own headphones.
I have a hearing impairment: how can I still enjoy the guide? In this case you can request the transcription of the audio guide (available in English and Spanish), which will allow you to experience Titanic The Exhibition to the fullest just like any other visitor. In these cases it is advisable to contact us in advance so that we can ensure the availability of the transcript.
Can I take photos or record the exhibition? Feel free to take photos and share them with the hashtag #titanicexhibitionnyc. When taking photos, please make sure not to disturb other customers. Professional equipment, selfie sticks and tripods are not permitted. If deemed appropriate, the possibility of taking photographs may be temporarily prohibited for the proper functioning of the exhibition and optimal conservation of the pieces.

ACCESS

Can I bring animals? Are service dogs allowed? No animals are allowed, except for service dogs. Emotional support dogs that fit on a handheld bag can access the exhibition as well.
Is there parking available? There are many paid parking options around the venue, though there is no free parking option offered with the ticket.
What accessibility options are there for visually impaired guests? An audio guide, free to access by downloading it to your smartphone and using your headphones, is available in English and Spanish. The audio guide tells the stories behind the objects, rooms and areas of the exhibition, taking you on a journey from one exhibit to the next. Physical audio guides can also be requested, subject to availability.
Are there chairs available? Can I be seated during the exhibition? There will be benches throughout the exhibition.
Is the exhibition suitable for children? Absolutely. In fact, many of our visitors are children. In the exhibition you will enjoy touring the interior rooms of the Titanic and learning about its true history, and you will even be able to touch a real iceberg.
Do I need to arrive at the start of my scheduled session? It is recommended that you arrive as close as possible to the time stated on your ticket.
Is eating or drinking allowed during the exhibition? No.
What happens if I arrive late? Your ticket will still be valid but conditioned to the available space in subsequent time slots which means you will not be guaranteed a time slot and may miss your opportunity to attend. Please be punctual to avoid this.
Will there be a coat check? No
What are the prohibited items at the exhibition? Flash photography, alcohol, water, food and any kind of weapon including knives and guns. Anything which may disturb the other patrons is prohibited.
Will restrooms be available on site? Yes.
Can I smoke or vape? No.
Is the exhibition wheelchair accessible? Yes. Please contact us if you would like more information or require further assistance.
Do carers have to pay a ticket? Carers are welcomed at the exhibition with free admission upon showing the appropriate documentation at the entrance.

What are the official sellers for this exhibition? Official tickets for Titanic:The Exhibition DMV can only be purchased on Fever. Tickets are not available on any other website or ticketing platform.
What are the different ticket options and prices?

Tickets are sold per person. There are two ticket options:
Standard Access:

  • Adult (13+)
  • Child (4-12)
  • Senior (65+), Student (13 to 26), or Military
  • Group Tickets (for groups of six or more guests)
  • Big Group Bundle (min. 30 people or exclusive sessions. More info here)

VIP Access: includes fast-track entry to the exhibition

VIP Adult (13+)

Children accompanying VIP ticket holders also benefit from fast-track entry. Ticket prices will start at $31.00 for adults and $20.00 for children. Free entry for children under 4 years old.
For Standard Access only ticket holders, souvenir photographs can be purchased separately on site.

Can I reschedule my tickets to another date/time, or upgrade/downgrade my ticket? Subject to availability, changes of date, time, or upgrading your ticket are permitted up to 48 hours before the start time of your experience. In such a case, please contact us indicating your ticket ID. Upgrades are only available online, and not possible at box office. Refunds are not allowed under any circumstances. For more information, you can refer to our T&Cs.
Can I transfer my tickets to another person? Yes, you can transfer your tickets to anyone for free. It is as easy as clicking "Transfer Tickets" on your ticket on the Fever App. Please contact us for additional help. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
What is your refund policy? Tickets are generally non-refundable. Ticket non-refund terms and conditions are agreed to before purchase. However, under special circumstances, you can contact us and our user support team will process your request. Make sure to include your ticket order number.
I don’t see a QR code. Is that normal? Yes, each ticket’s corresponding QR code will be available 24 hours before its date and time. At the entrance, simply access the Fever app to validate your tickets.
Do I need to print my ticket? No, your contactless tickets will be validated directly in the Fever App.
Do you offer group discounts? Discounts for groups and schools with a minimum of 30 people are available. Please contact us through this form.
I can't find my ticket. What can I do? You will find your ticket with the QR code in the Fever app, within the Tickets section. QR codes may not appear until 24 hours before your ticket's date and time. If you don't have the Fever app installed, you can download it from Google Play and Apple Store Remember to log in using the same account that you used when buying the tickets. If you still cannot find your ticket, please contact us.
